1. General Information
TreeValley Garden Center is a licensed garden supply business in Bangladesh.
We provide wholesale and retail sales of plastic planters, geo bags, fertilizers, pesticides, gardening tools, imported seeds, and other garden essentials.
We also offer Pre-Order Services for imported gardening planters and special items from China.
2. Product Availability
Stock Products: Items available at our shop or warehouse can be ordered directly and are delivered nationwide.
Pre-Order Products: Imported items are only ordered upon receiving 50% advance payment from the customer. The remaining balance, along with delivery charges, must be paid upon delivery.
Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual product color, design, or packaging may vary slightly.
3. Payment Policy
We accept payments via:
Mobile Banking (Bkash, Nagad, Rocket)
Direct Bank Transfer
Cash on Delivery (for stock products only)
For Pre-Order items, 50% advance payment is required. Orders are only placed with China suppliers after receiving the advance.
The remaining 50% + delivery charges must be paid upon delivery.
4. Delivery Policy
Deliveries are handled by Pathao Courier and Steadfast Courier.
Delivery charges are determined by courier services based on location and weight:
Inside Dhaka: First 1kg = BDT 80, each additional kg = BDT 20
Outside Dhaka: First 1kg = BDT 130, each additional kg = BDT 20
Estimated delivery time:
Stock products: 24–48 hours
Pre-Order products: 10–15 working days (after order confirmation and shipment from China)
Customers must provide accurate delivery details. TreeValley is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or courier delays.
5. Refund and Returns Policy
We never deliver broken or damaged planters since we receive replacement benefits from our partner companies.
In rare cases where a product is damaged during delivery:
The broken item will be collected during the customer’s next order, and the replacement value will be adjusted in the new order.
If immediate replacement is required, the customer may return the damaged product via courier. Once received, a replacement will be shipped.
Customers may also visit our shop directly for replacement.
Refunds are not provided for broken items; only replacements are offered as per policy.
6. Customer Information & Data Privacy
We collect the following customer details: Name, Mobile Number, and Address.
This data is securely stored for up to one year for delivery and service purposes.
We do not share customer information with third parties except courier partners for delivery.
Our website uses Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics to analyze customer behavior and improve services.
7. Pre-Order Terms
Customers must pay 50% advance before a Pre-Order is placed.
If the customer cancels after confirmation, the advance payment is non-refundable.
Delivery time for Pre-Order products is typically 10–15 days, but may vary due to customs, international shipping, or unforeseen delays.
8. Limitations of Liability
TreeValley is not responsible for:
Delays caused by courier companies or customs clearance.
Damages caused by customer mishandling after delivery.
Variations in product appearance compared to online images.
9. Agreement
